Course "Couture embroidery basics". Lessons 4, 5, 6 of 6.

What themes are described:
Lesson 4. Beads, seed beads, cut beads, bugle beads. Specific features of each material and working with these decors + 2 schemes for embroidering.
The fourth lesson is the most intense both in the theoretical part and in the practical one. We will learn about such materials as beads and seed beads, microbeads, bugle beads, cut beads. Forms, sizes, types of coatings and their durability, rating of manufacturers. And, of course, I will show you how to sew these decors to fabric using a hook, demonstrate the basic options for combining them, and we will work with you TWO patterns to practice the material of the lesson.

Lesson 5. Sequins. Specific features of this material, fixation methods, combination with other decors + 1 scheme for embroidering.
The fifth lesson introduces you closer to one of the most popular decors in embroidery - sequins. You will find out how diverse their assortment is, which manufacturing countries are in the top in terms of product quality, and also learn how to sew sequins to fabric.
In the practical part, you will master several basic methods of fixing sequins with a hook. I will also show you how you can combine this type of decor with beads and seed beads.⠀
And, of course, there will be very interesting homework. Another scheme, but the complexity of the work is slightly higher than in the previous lesson. New materials are being added, and therefore there are more variations in decor combinations.

Lesson 6. Other decors: gimp, bullion wire, metal strips, rhinestones, feathers, fabric elements + 1 scheme for embroidering.
This lesson introduce you a whole group of materials. Here we will consider the features and basic principles of working with such decors: gimp (hard, smooth, french), bullion wire, gimp cord, metal strip, rhinestones, feathers, fabric decors.
The lesson is very interesting. You will learn many ways how to diversify embroidery.
Also in the home task we will make simple by marking scheme, but the result will surprise you by its beauty! And all this is thanks to using decors from the lesson.
